I'd certainly recommend the property due to affordability and location (10 minute walk to the beach). The only issue I'd point out to a prospective renter is that, although it's only about 6-7 miles from downtown St. Augustine, the traffic was bad each time we made the trip, and it was often over 30 minutes to drive.
