This condo was lovely and clean, and located just a short walk from the beach. Pictures were very accurate. Host was very communicative. Be prepared to climb stairs though.

#### Spacious, comfortable gem of a place

Condo looked exactly like the online photos. Beds, linens and pillows were all very comfortable. While the weather was not very cooperative during our stay (49 degrees beer!) We still felt like we were enjoying a relaxing vacation in this condo. Easy walk/drive to grocery and several delicious restaurants. Also an easy 15-20 minute drive to Old St Augustine. Excellent communication with Host.

#### Great Time

Our family stayed with our 3 children and in-laws for a total of 7\. Plenty of room. The grounds were incredible and short walk to the beach. The condo came with beach chairs, beach tent, and beach games!!!!

Condo itself was beautiful. Very clean, with comfortable beds. For the four of us, we could have used more beach towels. We only had seven and they were very flimsy. This was our first time staying here. We were not thrilled to listen to someone using a table saw at 7:30 a.m. most mornings right underneath us, and on other mornings the groundskeeping crew using leaf blowers and mowing the lawn. This place is also pretty busy, and both pools were usually crowded, filled with kids and families. The water in the lagoon area is filthy and brown. And there is no Jacuzzi near the pool as advertised, it was turned into a makeshift waterfall. There was one small charcoal grill for families to use, but considering how large this complex is, I was expecting several gas grills. I think overall our stay was fine, we still enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed with some things. I just think it's important to have full disclosure if you are considering renting here.
