Despite that, we felt so comfortable when we needed to be indoors. Balcony was spacious. Beach access was very easy. Great for walking, maybe not the best beach for sun bathing and sand castles. Pool was clean. Condo building was laid-back. Great for a get away from a lot of people. Owners had everything we needed for our active family. We didn’t have to reach for anything. It is a lovely place and yet very comfortable. The location is so close for beach goers and a short drive to eat spots and shopping. It is even walkable to spots if you enjoy a decent walk. The condo is beautiful & very comfortable right on the beach. The neighbors are great & very friendly. From the minute I booked it, the communication with the owner was great. She was helpful and very responsive. At one point during our stay the electricity went out and when I reached out to her she replied immediately and handled the situation. The power was back on before we even felt anything. When we walked into the condo it smelled so nice and clean. AND it was clean! It’s as pretty as the pictures; fancy and “bougie”, but yet so comfy and homey feeling. The bedrooms are a nice size, but the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star for listing accuracy is because one of the beds truly felt more like a double bed than a queen. We, hubby and I, had to switch with Grandma after we slept the first night in that smaller “queen” bed. But the mattresses are very comfortable. And there are plenty of pillows. The location is great to get to Old St. Augustine. And there are many nearby great places to eat. I’d stay here again and already recommended it to a co-worker. This property was exactly as it appears on the VRBO listing. Beautiful inside and out. The check-in process was flawless and the unit was very inviting.
