Short, easy drive to downtown Saint Augustine. There are nearby grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to go into Saint Augustine. The beach access is literally steps from the back door. The unit was clean and the pictures represent it very well. Communication with Kim and Michael was easy and pleasant. The close proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The house is well equipped in every aspect. The host even provides bikes for a trip to town or a beach ride. The sound of crashing ocean waves can be heard from the condo. We were lucky enough to have front-row beach seats during a NASA launch. It did not disappoint. The historic district is less than a ten-minute drive; the same goes for most nearby amenities. Upon our arrival we did encounter some housekeeping concerns, however, the property manager was incredibly caring and highly responsive, as were the housekeepers who arrived to remedy our concerns within a very short time period. I HIGHLY recommend this property. One additional note: If you are lucky enough to be staying here on a Saturday morning, there is the cutest farmers market just a short drive away at the amphitheater. ##### Tiffiany H.
