This house was in the heart of Lincolnville. As you walk the streets you get to see so many Victorian homes. The history that is within walking distance astounded us. The home was immaculate. The home was old but when you walk through the front door you are amazed by the up to date the house is. Great location. Ample space with two bathrooms. TV’s in every room made for an ideal viewing for football fans who are divided. I loved the rockers on the front porch for people viewing. We walked to old downtown. The only concern and suggestion for guests is bring bug spray. The mosquitoes in the back area are horrible! Owner: maybe fog prior to guest arrival. Bad neighborhood. Too pricey for what it was. Stayed 2 nights and was interrupted by landscapers and pool maintenance. Reached out to owner to discuss and ZERO response. Terrible businesspeople.
