The downstairs worked out great for sitting around and playing games at the table. The upstairs is laid out for three bedrooms and individual full baths. When we arrived for check in at 3pm we had no way of checking in. I called, text and messaged the host with no response. I called VRBO and they escalated the problem and contacted the host. At that time the host had 1 hr to respond or VRBO was moving us to another location which would have been less than ideal. At exactly 5:05 pm the host responded and gave me the code to enter. We didn’t have internet access so I had to message again for that. Upon checkout I didn’t have any details as to what needed to be done so I had to message the host yet again. The house is great and super clean and location was nice. Communication was terrible and after a 6 hr drive and then sitting in a driveway for 2 hours was super upsetting.
