Both units blend vintage Florida charm with modern upgrades, including in-unit washers and dryers for convenience. The fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring your furry friends along—this property is perfectly dog-friendly—and parking is available right at the door.  
  
The Cottage features two bedrooms, a full-size sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. The adjacent Bungalow offers two bedrooms, a sofa bed, one full bath, and a living, dining, and kitchen space with a microwave, cooktop, and refrigerator. Both units include outdoor seating, a gas grill, and fenced yards with a shared gate for easy access.  
  
Set on the quieter south end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach offers soft white sand for long walks, biking, and surf fishing, while the Intracoastal Waterway provides scenic views and fishing spots. Local restaurants, bars, and shops are just a short drive away, with historic St. Augustine 11 miles north and Daytona Beach 45 miles south. Enjoy sunrises on the beach, evening strolls to watch ghost crabs, and a relaxing coastal escape with all the comforts of home.
