Welcome to the Bailey House! Wake up to the sound of the waves at this charming direct oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy unbeatable views from the large back deck overlooking the sand and sea. Inside, you'll fine the primary bedroom with a King Bed, the second with a Queen bedrooms and a fun-style room with a full bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living area for the guests that just don't want to leave this amazing space. Just two blocks from the St. Augustine Pier, playground, and splash pad, and walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and shops. Only a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. Need extra space? Ask about the detached 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow above the garage!
