Daniel at the desk is great. Easy transaction. Queen Room with kitchenette is great and convenient. Super clean. Comfy bed. I have no complaints and will def be back. Price was super affordable as well.

Pile of tree limbs next to building. Proprietor was available by text. That was good. No potential for refund if booking had to be cancelled. Convenient location. Sufficient parking. Quiet. Well-lit.

A tree that fell during a hurricane this late fall was left at the end of the building on back yard, but this did not cause any inconvenience to your stay. Also, what is the basis for not being able to get a refund if guest cancel? Any stays canceled prior to the normal cancellation policy will be refunded. I hope you only write about your own experiences.I'm so sick of people's nonsense.

Found the building was in need of repairs but condition was covered up with cosmetics. Floor was spongy and was covered with new vinyl plank flooring. As well the walls were painted to make it look better but maintince needs done.

The room was perfect One of the beds in room 12 has a really bad slop at the headboard so very hard to sleep the mattress was comfortable but the incline was not good

Spacious
Spacious room and plenty of room in the bathroom for toilettries. Good shower and great heating. Fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Located next to a Tim Hortons. 5 minute drive/20 minute walk into town.

The room seemed to be clean but the building is very old and furniture was "thrift store chic". The bed was way too soft... we should not have stayed but were caught in the Hurricane Lee situation.

We check daily to see if there is enough ice, but some customers rudely fill the ice box with all the ice in the ice bucket. In any case, or also regrets our lack of attention.B & B is the only St Andrew accommodation that includes breakfast. I hope you go to b&b. You can probably expect the price to be around 200 per night.

Family overnight stay
We were pleasantly surprised with the Deluxe room. It was great to have a full size fridge/ freezer and full oven/stovetop. It had a separate sitting area with large screen TV. The furnishing were a little dated but everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication from the hotel was excellent and the hotel was very accomodating when allowing us a slightly later checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Greenside Motel. Daniel was a fabulous host - very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The rooms are beautifully renovated, with soft, comfy beds and pillows. And there was ample space for our family. Would definitely recommend!
