"Nice, clean property. Not ideal for mobility issues. Lots of stairs."

"Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify but no one came to take us to the dinner dispite calling and front desk and informing that we were dressed and ready. Total disaster. Quite a disappointing experience for a brand that claims to be luxurious. "

"I love this location. It’s very close to the beach very close to activities food and things of that nature. The only thing I can say is it needs a bit of updating, but I can see them working on it daily so it’s not a big deal. it’s safe. The staff is simply amazing. It’s my second time staying there and I will be back. Definitely my first choice ."

Another great feature is you have full access to the Silversands grand Anse property and a free shuttle gets you to and from each resort. The staff was also the best! Highly recommend "
