This well-appointed chalet sits on a hill in the Sausal region of Southern Styria, with stunning views over vineyards and surrounding hills as far as Slovenia.



The two-storey chalet has a ground-floor living room with a sofa bed for 2, wood-burning stove and smart/satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs are a spacious open-plan sleeping area with a double bed and satellite TV, a freestanding bathtub, a reading nook, a desk and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine are provided.



One welcome bottle of frizzante is included per stay.



The private outdoor area has a garden and terrace with sun loungers, seating and a parasol.



Nearby attractions include Demmerkogel Lookout Tower, the South Styrian Wine Road, the Styrian Wine Museum, Seggau Castle, Stainz Castle, Deutschlandsberg Castle, Preding Animal and Wildlife Park and Waldschacher Pond.

Breakfast, snacks and picnics can be delivered to the chalet on request. Your host can also arrange a vineyard picnic. The fridge is stocked with wine, frizzante, juices and sparkling water on arrival (for an additional fee).



The property has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. A locked room for e-bikes may be available upon separate request.
