Welcome to Brooko’s Retreat, your lakefront escape on Lake Champlain. This 3-bed, 2-bath home features an updated kitchen, modern comforts, and a bunk bed room kids will love. Take in stunning sunset views and enjoy plenty of space for family and friends. Just minutes from St. Albans and under an hour from Burlington, it’s the perfect Vermont getaway for relaxation or adventure.  
The space  
Downstairs has a queen bed.  
  
Full bathroom on first floor.  
  
Full kitchen with back door access to the patio.  
  
Upstairs bunk room has a queen bed on bottom and twin on top.  
  
Master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and full bathroom.  
Other things to note  
This is a true Vermont lake house experience, which means you’ll be surrounded by nature. Along with the beauty of the water, trees, and sunsets, you may also notice more insects than you’re used to in city settings.  
  
This is a normal part of lake life in Vermont, but you can limit them easily with a few simple tips:  
• keep outdoor lights off at night to avoid attracting bugs.  
• Try to Limit indoor lighting and close blinds in the evenings.  
• Keep doors closed when not in use.  
  
These small steps will help you enjoy your stay with fewer visitors from the outdoors. Thank you for treating this home like your own, and welcome to the Vermont lake life experience!
