Did not list pool closed whole they remodel common areas worked on. breakfast not offered till work finished. Stayed here in 2016 and 2017 rooms were being remodeled think entrance area in2020. When i checked out front desk was gone from night before so they are keeping it fresh would have like pool that evening.

They were clearly in mid renovation in common areas, but our room was beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, and enough towels for 2 people for 2 days.

I feel like my stay and your staff was overall good. I just felt like because of all the renovation going on, there was no morning breakfast, or juice/coffee. No place to sit anywhere but my room, no computer to log into for help on finding Expedia or any other directory. There were also no trash bags in the actual trash bins. And only one small bar of soap. I honestly dropped that in the sink and decided not to use it again on my first night. The shower was great though. I’m not complaining but I feel for over 200 dollars a night, and I stayed 2 nights in a row, there should have been more of a discount. Thank you for your time

Pros: Close to the highway, convenience store/gas station next door, my room was recently redone and seemed brand new, wireless phone charger Cons: heating unit was very loud (but I shut if off for night and didn't freeze, so the hotel seems well insulated), I found the pillows to be uncomfortable - there were at least 4 of them and they were all the same but it seems like if you have more than 2 they could be different to accommodate different preferences

This was a business /family trip. The room was great the beds were a little hard but not a game changer. Staff impressed the hell out of me. 4 am they reaponded to an issue immediately with a smile

Be careful if you have pet. Pet fee on the Expedia site is $25 only to find out the hotel charges $75. When I asked the hotel clerk, Becca who was quite unfriendly and no help, to change it she said no and they weren't responsible for what amount was shown on the Expedia site. Upon calling Expedia, they said that was untrue, the hotel puts the information on the site. Expedia returned the $50. Would not stay there again.

I like this hotel just I checked and the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I've never seen her before. And she made me do a lot of stuff. That I never had to do before. It was just very different and the bathtub to take a Bath. It continuously drained instead of keeping water in it.

A very nice place to stay
My family stayed at this hotel. It was undergoing some construction and upgrades, so I didn't take points off from that. They did a free upgrade of our room from double beds to queen beds. This was a wonderful surprise. The only bummer was we saw that there was a hot tub / spa in the add but there wasn't one in the hotel. The continental breakfast was really well done.
