"Had a great room with a city view. Construction work going on next door but the double glazing helped enormously. Room clean was generally good but came too late in the day. Requested an earlier clean. Enjoyed the piano player in the lobby. No bar service due to strike. Concierge often not available. Overall, well located and would return. Gep, Melbourne"

"Room much smaller than pictures, only one person fits in the bathroom at a time. Bed too soft, needs new mattress. Bathroom drain clogged up and hair in sink. Dead bugs in window upon arrival in room. Shower drain not secure, my wife stepped in shower and drain came off and she hurt her foot and ankle. Terrace in poor shape!!!! Paint wood and at least have 2 chairs and a small table fir guest. Breakfast coffee needs to be better, gad to ho around the corner for decent coffee. Pros- Great location, breakfast food good, staff very nice."

"For most this will be a non issue, but the TVs are quite old, and they have overhauled them with their own hotel interface, unfortunately for a tech head like me it made it harder to connect devices. They have Chromecast, but you'd better prey your device has it. The safe wouldnt work, and even the phone in the room (the style over substance red phone) would ring but when you picked up it wouldn't answer. The smart tech in the room seemed to have a life of its own, opening and shutting blinds to its own accord. Also the air con gets so loud it was hard to sleep, but I am particularly sensitive. The breakfast was nice, seemed to cater to the fried breakfast and cold meat crowd. Cereal was there, but lots of dried fruits instead of more fresh ones."
