Lovely hotel on a lovely property. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant was quite good, and we truly enjoyed our meals there.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (609 reviews)
I've been staying at the Conservatorium regularly for 12 years now, and it is remarkably consistent: great location, awesome people, striking architecture, and the best gym of all the 5-star hotels in Amsterdam. This year, though, there was one welcome change and one not-so-great one: the breakfast has improved, with the addition of a buffet, which is convenient. But they also seem to have started letting local residents use the gym, so it's now super-packed at all hours, and you have to wait for machines. The gym has always been a big part of why I stayed there, so that's disappointing.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (948 reviews)
This hotel is simply amazing! The location is fantastic, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The service is exceptional! The room is small, but honestly, we didn’t need anything more. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the room is completely soundproof and the blackout curtains make it perfectly dark, so we had a fantastic night’s sleep. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommended!

You can cancel your Spui booking if your plans have changed. Whether you'll incur a penalty or not depends on your airline, hotel or car rental company. It may be possible to change or cancel for free if you booked in the last 24 hours. Head to our Customer Service Portal for more information.
How do I get a cheap travel package to Spui?

Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Spui holidays?
We do. Expedia has partnered with online lender Klarna to help you conveniently pay for your trip in manageable instalments. Simply select the payment plan best suited to your needs during checkout and take away the stress of budgeting for your next trip. Remember to bundle your accommodation, flights and car hire with Expedia to get the biggest bang for your travel buck. Check out our flexible payment options below:

  • Pay monthly holidays: Escape on that dream holiday sooner with Klarna's monthly instalment plans. If making bite-sized repayments each month works for you, pick this option at checkout.
  • Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna allows you to pay for your holiday over multiple transactions.
  • Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your trip (rather than the full total upfront) makes it easier to click that "book now" button, consider a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.
