Springwater Holidays from £809

Had a fantastic 13 nights stay. Location could not have been better. Was a 10 min walk from CN tower and we were surrounded by shops restaurants anything you wanted basically was on your doorstep. Apartment had everything we needed. Does say toiletries were included, they were very minimal so it was just as well we brought our own. Pillows could be doing with being renewed but beds were comfy and my son even enjoyed sleeping on the sofa bed.

A very impressive hotel. Offers everything you want at the highest level. On trend in a very unique and quality manner. I can see why people live at this hotel.

I was informed our stay would be at a different property than the one I booked two days before check-in. This was inconsequential as the room we stayed in was equal to the one we booked and the property was closer to the event we were attending at Rogers Centre. Communication was excellent. We were met at the front door of our new property address, we were then informed that our actual unit was in the adjacent building, (so I guess technically we were moved twice), but escorted directly to our room and given a few instructions and left to our own avails. The room showed some normal wear-and-tear but was otherwise clean and came with a kitchen stocked well-enough for everything we'd need for our 4-night stay. We didn't get the VIP Gift Card that were told was included with our stay, but honestly it wasn't a motivating factor in our decision to book and didn't even inquire about it during the trip. Right in the middle of everything. 4 nights in downtown Toronto attending myriad events, only needed to get in an Uber once. Everything withing very reasonable walking distance. Great operator. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

It was super conveient for walking to the mall, Rogers Centre, CN tower and Ripley's aquarium. The only down fall was there no microwave or cofee pot in the room like other other hotels.

This was a fantastic property! We went to see a concert at the Rodgers Center and you couldn't ask for a better location! This condo is on the 39th floor with a wrap around deck that has full views of the lake, CN Tower, stadium and all of downtown. I loved waking up to the view every morning. We walked to restaurants and bars and grocery every day and there is a Starbucks in the building. 24 hour security was a bonus. The kitchen and decor are nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed. We did not get to use the pool or hot tub so we will just have to come back. I hope when we do that this unit is available.
