"The room was filthy blood on the walls, food and mud on the floor and behind appliances. There was also a really strong mildewy smell. All the lights were not plugged in and no support on the bed. The office staff was also really grouchy like they did not want to be there!"

"Pass on this one if you arrive late. I arrived at around 8pm and no one was there. I called and texted the numbers with no indication of how long of response. After 10-15 min of no response, I went to a different hotel. I did not get an email or text with a door code. They insisted I got the email (I didn’t) and they blamed Expedia for not sharing my phone number. They refused to return my money. They called about 20 min later after I was in a new hotel and they thought it unreasonable that I wouldn’t just wait for an unknown amount of time. I cannot recommend. It looks amazing, but not worth the poor service and unhospital staff."

"Lovely place, beds were awesomely comfortable. Nice neighborhood for walking the dog. Breakfast setup was pretty much what one would expect from a B and B, simple but it worked. What we didn't like was lack of an electric tea kettle so we couldn't have tea at night and morning. Barely any kitchen-like utensils or ways to create even a simple meal- only microwave and tiny frige. Lighting was pretty bad in kitchen and main room, ceiling lights extraordinarily harsh and bright so not usable. A floor lamp would be a nice addition- kitchen was especially difficult lighting. "

"Suite 8 was super clean, pet-friendly with a nice little fridge and Keurig coffee set-up. I was on a road trip and able to park my fully-loaded car right outside my door which made me feel good. The neighborhood is great for walking and there were nice restaurants nearby. The only downside with the room was that you could hear people walking upstairs (due to the historic nature of the old building) and for some reason, they stayed up late the night I was there. So, it was a little hard to sleep, but still a nice stay overall. "
