"Breakfast was hit and miss. Waffles, cereal (raisin bran&froot loops) and white bread. Sometimes they had mini muffins or yogurt. No fruit! Rooms are clean. You can smell the bleach. Walk in shower in handicap room is not roll in accessible with wheelchair. No chair to sit on either. Couldn't shower person in wheelchair."

"Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure. Keeps me and my family coming back when visiting our daughter at CNU"

"This facility is either understaffed or they don’t take pride in their property. - HVAC was not working in the common areas and not working properly in the rooms. - There was a bag of spilled food in our hallway for over 24 hours. Then after the bag was picked up, the actual food was still there for another day. - We had water stains on a comforter, dishes weren’t clean, and the bathroom cabinet was crooked. - I also had an issue with our bill after we checked out. Hotels.com advertises this property with “free self parking” but when I got the bill they charged us for $5.00/day for parking. Which I find funny because it’s not a high traffic location. Just seems like a small way to nickel and dime you. To their credit, they adjusted the bill after I called to raise my concern. However, we had positive interactions with the staff during our stay. The issues with this property seem to be management/ownership driven. "
