Newly-renovated rooms in what you can tell is an older property in downtown Springfield. Has full restaurant, bar, pool, and gym, so it's good for business and personal travelers alike. Walking distance to MGM casino and museums.

The room was spacious, clean, attractive and the parking was very convenient. The location was very good-lots of good restaurants, including the Red Rose, and a short drive to Baystate Medical Center. One negative: the room was very dark and there wasn't anything you could do about it. The bedside lamps were weak and there was no overheadighting.

The stay was okay, the only thing was that the room was too cool and wasn't able to adjust the thermostat. Front desk tried to walk me through adjusting the thermostat but was unsuccessful. Also the refrigerator didn't keep food cold, fortunately management was able to accommodate me and guest with a complimentary breakfast.
