This property which comprises of a two family (two unit) building - each containing its own entry/exits and amenities; a small cozy backyard lawn, is in the center of the “Education district” of City, with Springfield College at the southern end of the avenue, American International College at the northern end of the avenue, Springfield Technical Community College to the west of the community and Western New England University to the east of the community.

The property is in very close proximity to a number of tourist attractions and points of interests such as:

Good space for what we needed...

We used this space for a work retreat to edit a film. It was clean, and spacious and reasonably quiet, and suited our needs well. My only critique would be that it smelled quite strongly of something like moth balls or similar. I'm personally a fan of places that are clean, but do not have strong cleaning or air fresherner smells, as I can be quite allergic to some of them.
