The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. Matt also included a wonderful book with local suggestions for dining and hikes (which we often find lacking in vacation rentals).COMMUNICATION: I’d give Matt more than 5 stars if I could. I’m not sure why, but I seemed to have more questions than normal before our arrival. Matt was patient, always quick to respond and always with great info and help. The property was exactly as listed, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in unit 6 and the views were over the top. We were very close to the supermarket and two great restaurants (Meme's Cafe and Oscars). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Springdale. ##### Lisa T.
