The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay. Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $50/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Great place to stay for Zion mountain! 5 min walk to Zion visitor center, lots of good options and coffee shops nearby! Beds are comfy and the window views are amazing!
This place is in such an amazing location in close proximity to Zion NP! The owner was on site a couple of times and was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again... and again... and again!
We had a wonderful few nights at this property. It had ample space for four adults and it was clean. The best part is how close the property is to the Zion entrance and it's only a short walk to hop on the park shuttles.
We spent a long weekend in Zion NP and this place was perfect proximity to the park and everything in Springdale we wanted to do. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Would come back here and stay with my family for sure!

We really love the location with exceptional views! It took us a little bit to adjust the heating and cooling in both rooms, but we enjoyed having the big open spaces and the ability to wash our clothes after several hikes.
Had a great time at this Airbnb! Can’t beat the location of being right across the street from a park entrance! Place was a studio but still had plenty of room with my family of 4! Would definitely stay again!
This property served as an excellent second stop for our trip through three national parks. It is within walking distance to the Zion park entrance, stores and restaurants. The property was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. It also has the bonus of a Subway/Pizza shop below for a quick grab n' go meal.
Perfect spot! Has everything you need. There were even movies and board games. The location is perfect. Zion’s park entrance is right outside the units parking. The view is amazing from the all the windows in the unit. I really loved the window reading nook in the kitchen.
Everything was as advertised. Never had to get into the car until we left. Was able to walk to park shuttle, equipment rental store and places to shop/eat. Plenty of room for the four of us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Springdale staying at this VRBO. Premium location with amazing views. Perfect size for me and my husband. Very walkable for the entire town of Springdale and so close to Zion National Park. We parked our car and didn’t need it till 6 days later when we drive to Zion Kolob Canyons. Host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.
We stayed here 3 nights and visited Zion National Park. Location was literally across the highway from the entrance to the park. Simply park your car and don’t worry about it until time to depart. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. The condo has all the home conveniences including a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this VRBO!
This property was a bit quirky but perfect for our stay! It’s across the street from the national park!!! A two minute walk to groceries, multiple restaurants, bike rentals, hiking equipment, and the buses. With a dedicated parking spot, you couldn’t ask for more. It was our cool oasis with the best view!
Room was clean and nicely located at the front entrance of Zion. Definate premium. Beds were comfortable and bathroom up to par. The only issue we had was when it was windy, there's a long flag pole at subway restaurant below (same owner) and the metal piece at the flag anchor kept banging against the metal pole. It's such a simple fix so simple, but first night the banging kept us awake all night. The next day I spoke to a Subway employee for a makeshift fix, but luckily wind died down and I used white noise on my phone the next 3 nights. I emailed owner but no response. So please fix it!
Very nice property without a hot shower and a strong smell in hallway. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that shower didn't have hot water at all.

Few Improvements needed
1. Ideal location to Zion, easy walk to2. Since apt was above a subway restaurant there were some issues:- some subway noise issues. Relatively quiet after 9pm once subway closed. - subway smell issues in apt while subway open 3. Apt:- bathroom had fishy smell- water taste issue- One night had gusty winds that caused constant banging until wind died down- parking instructions somewhat unclear.
It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!

For someone visiting Zion this place is absolutely the best! The gate is right next door, there is free parking for the renter, multiple restaurants within walking distance, and the feeling of privacy you can’t get from a big hotel or condo complex. The owner was so helpful in showing us where to go. The place seems recently updated. The beds are so comfy. Plenty of space, and laundry in unit. The view from the bedroom was spectacular all day long. The unit had everything you need to enjoy your visit to the park. Beautiful new fridge and also had some cooking basics which is so nice to find. Would stay here again.
We originally had planned to camp at Watchman inside the park but were grateful to change plans when temperatures were 113° in July. What a find! This property doesn’t lie when it says right across the street from Zion’s West entrance. As cars stacked up early in the morning, we walked across the street, over the bridge, through the walking entrance and over to the shuttle in no time. The apartment is spacious, even for a family of five. Beds are comfortable and what a treat to come back to A/C after hiking in the heat. Messaging with the host was helpful and prompt. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Zion.
