Spring Valley Holidays from £1,150

Overall, I had a nice stay at this property. The staff was amazing, and I really enjoyed lounging in the pool areas. The room was a nice size and I enjoyed having a patio where I could sit out back. But there were some shortcomings. First, there was a persistent smell in the room. The staff came and sprayed and made it better, but there was a large brown spot on the floor (and I think it had something to do with it). The property could also stand to be updated. But it seems they are working on it, as there was some construction taking place. The location was great and very convenient. So you can’t go wrong there.

Hotel was great loved the restaurant and bar area. Pool was fun and happening with the DJ playing. Drinks were yummy. Loved the location of the hotel and the valet was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was nice, minimum interaction with the staff but from little interactions we had, they were nice. Very quiet.

We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.
