"Stayed 5 nights but room only cleaned 2 times. No hot water in shower 2 mornings. Soap dispenser empty. Front desk staff and bartender were great. Expressed concerns to manager who said half the building had no hot water and they were trying to fix it. Did not know why room was not cleaned. He promised to compensate for the issues but still waiting. "

"The room was very spacious. It had some 'bumps & bruises' but it was clean. The lobby is very nice and it was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. "

"Carnival decor. Rooms were clean, plenty of space, outside garbage containers were full and not alot of room to put our trash.No outdoor seating and glad we brought chairs. Main bathroom backed up but drained with time. Easy accessibility to stores, and restaurants.Kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs. All in all was a comfortable place to stay for what we needed. Thank you "

"The house was clean. When we arrived, the house was very cold. The thermostat was set to 69 so we turned it up, but that did not help. There was a lot of cold draft coming in. For amenities, there were none. No hand soap no bath wash. These are things that are just usually done when someone is hosting a home rental. In addition, the microwave and the dishwasher were not working for use. Also, the TV was disconnected there was no plug and we could not use the Wi-Fi. Lastly, there was lots of ice in the walkway to the house. I had to literally go out and buy some ice melt to ensure no one in my family fell. This house had a high fee for a two night stay. With the lack of amenities it did not feel luxurious as advertised and I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth or value. I think this is more of a modest house and should not be advertised as a luxury house. "

"Seven Oaks Bed & Breakfast showed true hospitality. It was a quiet, restful get away. My room was very clean and provided all amenities needed. The staff was available to assist with any needs and the breakfast was excellent. "
