The Georgian Lakeside Resort

"Family of four, two kids aged 5 and 3. The hotel for us was perfect as far as amenities, the pool was great and the kids enjoyed the beach area downstairs on the lake. Location wise it was perfect as well, located directly on Canada St and within walking distance to everything. Some negatives were the bar at the pool, a bit unorganized and the drinks weren’t great. The room could use an update, felt a bit dated but it was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again for future trips to Lake George. Highly recommended for those traveling with young children."

"There were some nice updates. I did have to ask for a hairdryer (there was none), and they don't supply paper towels. Depe Dene is a great resort; They offer rentals for paddle boards, kayaks, & boats. We rented paddle boards and enjoyed the beach. We had a Lake view, which was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. We will definitely be back!"

"Lake Bomoseen Lodge and Taproom was an absolute delight! From the breathtaking lake view to the kayaks and ice cream shack, there was so much to enjoy. We stayed in the cozy and well-organized Maple Cottage, which was perfect for families. The food at the Taproom was simply delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return! (I also got a fishing day pass and was allowed to fish off the dock!!)"

"This place was excellent! Clean well maintained property! Andrew, one of the family Members that run the property, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond offering me and my daughters a ride to the marina when I had to get my boat. I also ran out of gas and he was more than happy to grab me a gas can from their shed to help me out!! I will most definitely be booking here next year, I want to stay in the rooms closer to the water this time, what a great setup, perfect for families!"

"Where to start with this beautiful home.Everything was beyond expectations!! The location was perfect. The house was extremely clean and organized. The bedrooms were just what we needed for 8 adults and 4 children. Everyone had more than enough space inside the home for interacting and private time.And then there was the waterfront. The house couldn't have been more perfectly located for water activities. Just steps away. Fun on the dock and fun in the water. There were kayaks and paddleboards so that multiple people could go out at once. Which we did and very often!Robert was extremely responsive. Just a text away and my questions were immediately answered. Although we really didn't need to correspond much as everything was pretty much good to go.I've read rave reviews of homes in the past and truthfully have had some disappointing experiences. This is not one of those. Trust me when I say that this was an incredible experience. So, if you're looking for a water experience with family or friends, I would definitely recommend staying at Pilot Knob. So wonderful!!"

"A lovely cabin recently rebuilt with a great lake view. We needed a dish drainer, but otherwise the kitchen had good supplies for simple meals. An intersting bed frame 31" high, difficult for short people to get in, comfortable though. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the sceens for the windows good for blocking out light. There is a wonderful lake side deck with nice chairs and a fire pit. Also kayaks and canoe. And the loons!!"
