Beautiful 3 bed+den, 3bath huge home on the Spokane River and Centennial Trail

  • Beautiful newly built home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms located right on river and beautiful centennial trail. 3 bedrooms upstairs with views of thr Spokane River and den to serve as potential 4th bedroom/space downstairs. A large upstairs loft with an additional wueen sleeper sofa. 2 full bathrooms upstairs including an amazing master en suite with 3 head shower and soaker tub. This is a perfect way to spend your stay in Spokane if you have a family! Lots of space for your kids, and a fully fenced yard with a beautiful patio and outdoor fireplace and tv to enjoy sunsets, s’mores and movies. Very easy access to I-90 to get to downtown Spokane or Coeur d’Alene. Great parks just blocks away! Awesome restaurants very close! This home is close to everything while being in a great, safe, family friendly neighborhood.
