A private apartment overlooking the RIVA, located inside the palace. Beautiful, well appointed, modern, and convenient. It is 3 flights up from the street, but spectacular balcony views overlooking the Riva.

Where do I start! Every aspect of the place and the service made our stay absolutely wonderful. Roko, the property manager answered any texts within minutes. He was beyond helpful. They thought of everything to make our sty perfect. I do have to mention the views which were amazing.

Roko was amazing. He helped us with our luggages, gave great advice on Split and helped arrange our airport transfer at short notice. Excellent service with a smile, thank you Roko. The suite's location is unbeatable. Double windows kept the noise out. Suite was cleaned daily. Downsides: do note you need to walk up/down flights of stairs. The bed was too soft (my personal preference for firm mattress).

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the perfect area in Split. The room itself is lovely and the host has provided amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Right outside the door is the harbor with a beautiful promenade, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again next time we are in Split.

Perfect location - nestled away in a quiet part of the old city. Nikolina was a wonderful host! Only downside (not a make-or-break) was the lack of queen bed - our "queen" was 2 twins pushed together.

This property is a hidden gem of the Riva Promenade. Waking up to the sun shining on the harbour was the perfect way to start the day before touring the beautiful city of Split. Enjoying local Dalmatian wine on the terrace at sunset will be a memory I will cherish forever. Roko’s hospitality was refreshing and greatly appreciated. He went out of his suggest a variety of different sites around town and the best dining spots. I also appreciated how friendly and responsive he was for pre-arrival text communications. Imbedded in a part of history, Riva Suites are a must stay.

What a location - on the Riva🎉. And Roko was amazing and so helpful. The suite was incredible with everything I needed - except for an elevator 🤣. But that’s my problem - it’s a terrace villa in the old castle❤️

We absolutely love the room and location. The room is big, clean and very quiet, fantastic sea view with firework at night during the state celebration. The host, Roko, provided us with a very warm welcome and he also gave us many helps during tour and ferry bookings. More importantly, there was a confusion when speaking to locals as some of them only speak Croatian, Roko helped us with the translation virtually even this service was not expected. Such a nice host and excellent experience for us to stay with the room. We definitely recommend visitors and our friends to book this room if available! For sure, this will be THE choice of room for us next time if we visit Split again.

A gem in the heart of the city
Beautiful apartment with spectacular views and the roof terrace is the perfect space to relax and watch the buzz of the city below. Roko provides first class service and nothing is too much trouble. We loved our stay at riva and the apartment ticked all our boxes will definitely return. Also breakfast was soo good , varied choice, high quality in beautiful surroundings

Perfect !
Perfect location right on the Riva and near all the old town attractions. The Terrace was superb with loungers to soak up the sun and relax to end the day. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. The meet-up for keys was smooth and very helpful in touring the apartment and recommendations for sightseeing etc. Great Breakfast provided at B7. Would recommend this Apartment to anyone visiting Split

It was an excellent hotel room overall. Beautiful room right in front of the harbor. The only negative was the shower. Taking the shower made the entire bathroom floor wet. Excellent and friendly service. Very nice breakfast.

The apartment with the terrace is fantastic! Everything about it is great - the view, location, comfortable furniture, cleanliness, service and the staff. Our stay was beyond our expectations. Million thanks to our host Roko - it was our first time with my wife in Croatia, he helped us with our accommodation, provided all necessary information and was always there if we needed him. We definitely want to come back to this awesome place!

I stayed at the apartment and WOW! The location can't be beat. Your are in the palace center location with a gorgeous view of the sea and a very large balcony. The room is also very big with a full kitchen, separate living and bedroom, two bathrooms, designer shower, and so on. Also, Roko is an amazing host who was veery helpful and nice. This is definitely a 5 star location you won't regret booking.

Riva Luxory Suites - The Best
My wife and I had the most amazing stay at Riva Luxury Suites. The joy of staying here begins with Roko, the Property Manager. He made everything effortless for us from our pickup at the airport to our checkout. The location of this place has to be one of the best locations in Split. We were right on the water front and had a great view of the harbor and boat traffic. Roko suggested some fantastic places to eat and fabulous things to see and do while we were there. Our suite was large and had a rooftop terrace that was great for relaxing and watching the world go by. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at the Riva Luxury Suites. The staff were very attentive and helpful and made the check in process a breeze. The apartment was beautiful and right in the heart of everything. Free breakfast was a huge bonus. Cannot recommend them enough!

The property is a spacious modern apartment with amazing view over the Riva. It is beautiful. It is in a no car zone so one of the property managers has to meet you at one end of the Riva. The entrance is a little out of the way - i’m not sure I would have found it in my own. And then there are a few flights of narrow stairs, but Marin helped us with our bags. When we got to the flat, we didn’t want to leave. Really lovely and well appointed. There was a fold out sofa for my daughter, which she said was comfortable. There were some welcome gifts including some local chocolate and a small bottle of bubbles.

we didn't get the room that looks like the picture here; however, we did have a nice suite that's quite, despite it's on the main street, very clean and comfortable. we had a little bit challenge with the shower but it's fine after I figured out how. the hotel manager, Roko, is the most helpful staff I ever met. He is very kind, helpful, patient and thoughtful. He really helped us to give 5 star of this place. The suite is on the second flr and we had several big piece of suitcases and he helped to bring them all up to our room. He made our stay better and more comfortable. When we come back here, we will be sure to book this place again. i highly recommend this place to you.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location. Great balcony and view must surely be the best in Split...just amazing! It was unexpectedly raining when we arrived by taxi, Roko the property manager was there waiting for us with umbrellas and took our suitcases for us to the apartment and showed us around and pointed out some nice places to eat and visit etc, a lovely guy and made us feel very welcome.
