The check in was very smooth and the host met us at the place to show us around. There were snacks in the fridge that allowed us to have a relaxing snack before heading out to tour this beautiful city. The location could not be better as far as proximity to the old part of the city, nearby cafes and coffee places. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony far above the city and watching the ships in the harbor. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay! Under 5 mins walk to nearest supermarket and a 10 minute stroll to the RIva Promenade and the historic centre of Split and the ferry port. Shops and restaurants aplenty on-route. Our host Zana was warm and welcoming and gave us lots of relevant information to enhance our stay and we particularly enjoyed her restaurant recommendations. It was a super easy check in process (the host met us there), the home is very well decorated, comfortable beds and extremely clean. The host also left snacks and drinks in the fridge which was a really nice gesture. One thing to note is there isn’t an actual clothing dryer in the home, (the listing did state that there was) however, there are clothes lines outside of the balcony with plenty of clothes pins. The location of this property was just so ideal for walking everywhere in the heart of Split without needing to worry about transportation. The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. Zana was the best host. She was very easy to communicate with and she met us at the apartment on our arrival. She gave us a little tour and even gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat. We ended up going to Chops Steakhouse (per her suggestion) and it was wonderful. Zana even had some local food and drinks in the fridge for us to try while we were there !
