It’s a ground floor studio at the end of an alley that is filled with cats. Someone is feeding the cats and has placed a cat condo’ outside the apartment door. We questioned the cleanliness of the front door area with all of the cats living there. Also, noisy children frequently found their way back to our doorway to look at the cats. The apartment itself was okay. Odd things were awry. For ex, the bathroom had 5 lights but three of the light bulbs were burnt out. The TV didn’t work because the cable box had to be replaced. Also, one of the two remotes lacked batteries. It was a cozy apartment with a small kitchenette and a large terrace overlooking the Riva and harbor. The surrounding restaurants were excellent and there was a grocery store and beer store close by. We had a most enjoyable stay and the R&D staff were very helpful.
