Excellent communication with property host. Enjoyed the location for its access to nearby free parking, grocery stores, and all of the old town tourist sites. Clean, quiet, well appointed apartment. Would choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and well-maintained, the area seemed a little sketchy from the outside but we had no problems and it was extremely walkable to Old Town. Host was very kind and our room was even ready early! Would recommend.

Pretty but deceitful

Our host was very helpful with checking us in via the phone, great communication and friendly. First thing that struck us was the smell and university dorm layout, felt like student accommodation. Smell is masked by heavy artifical air freshener, smell is coming from bathroom and is very unpleasant every time you enter the room. "Piano" suites (4 rooms in total) is a bit deceitful, when infact 3/4 rooms have nothing to do with pianos and only one room has any kitchen / dining facilities. Lastly, if you take a five minute shower then that's great, because the water heater only heats up that amount of water. It then takes numerous hours to reheat the water to use. This is incredibly difficult when you have multiple people in the "suite". Apart from that, location is great, safe and close to town. Kept in good condition and had handy free luggage storage on site.

Siistit - hyvällä maulla sisustetut huoneet, hyvät suihkut, Lidl oli korttelin päässä, paikallisia leipomoliikkeitä ihan lähellä, lyhyt kävelymatka Splitin vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis "isäntä". Siivousta ei suoritettu asumisaikanamme, olimme Piano Suitessa 5 yötä.

Overnattingsstedet lå greit til i forhold til sentrum, havna og severdigheter. I løpet av ei uke ble det rengjort en gang. For vår del var det ok, men vi kunne ha tenkt oss å få skiftet håndklær litt oftere. Det var greit med transport til og fra flyplassen, vi fikk mye info av sjåføren underveis. Verten var veldig serviceinnstilt, han svarte raskt på henvendelser. Vi er godt fornøyd.

Five stars to the owner, a charming young man called Ante. Everything was organised in an excellent manner. The location with a short walking distance from the old town suited me well as the neighbourhood was quiet during the nights. Breakfeast offered in a nearby hotel was good and an early breakfast option delivered to the room was great. Moreover, there was an excellent bakery almost next door that opened at 6 am, another option for a take-a-way breakfast. Ante was very helpful throughout our stay and could be reached easily via Whatsapp. As the room was not cleaned during the week, the floor became a bit dirty from our shoes, but most likely would have been cleaned if so requested. However, at our arrival the room was really clean and cosy with big and beautiful bathroom. And change of linen an towels was offered within the week. I can recommend Ante's hotel without hesitation. A truly pleasant host and a nice room with very good bed. A view would have been nice, but the windows were covered by a window shade to block the sun as seemingly in most local apartments.

A lovely stay in Split

I absolutely loved my stay here! My room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very lavish! I was especially impressed with the bathroom - my shower was quite large and had a waterfall shower head which made showering a dream. Everything I needed was included (extra towels, shampoo/body wash, soap, coffee, kettle, cups, hair dryer) as well, so you can rest assured that you have everything you need when you arrive. Ante, the owner, is incredibly kind and genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their stay. He was easy to speak to about any concerns I had and he was quick to respond to all my messages. Also worth noting is the location - this room is within walking distance of many interesting sights in Split! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and plan to visit again when I am back in Split. ☺️

We were very happy with our stay. The room has everything you need. Nice and clean room, got recommended a cafe with good view not so far from the aparment. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He drove us to the airport for a good price.

The location was perfect. Everything was nearby (city, promonade ...). The accomodation was very lovely with a beautiful and detailed interior design. It was comfortable that you feel like home straight away. Ante warmly welcomed us and aranged everything we needed also outside the accomodation. We can absolutely suggest this accomodation and will definitly come back.
