We used the hotels airport shuffle service, driver was there on time and was so nice and helpful with tips about the area. The room was immaculately clean with a beautiful view, and they had the room ready for our arrival, which was before check in time. We didn’t explore the immediate area too much, but there were bars and restaurants a plenty. And an Uber to Split was under €10. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Let me start off with THAT VIEW! Wow, Simply breathtaking. When we checked in Nina was working and I’m so glad she was. She was extremely helpful in everything we needed. She walked us to our room, helped us exchange money, and even offered to set up a tour for us last minute. She was such a warm person and it was exciting seeing her the mornings we did. The room was very clean, and spacious for what we needed. My husbands favorite part was the coffee, creamer and sugar in a bag left for us to make in the morning. Apart from all of this, the location was great. We were walking distance to a bunch of restaurants we never needed to go far for any meal. I 100% recommend this hotel. Should I ever come back to Split I’ll be staying here again! Thank you for all that you did for us Nina, you are such a wonderful and dedicated person.

the room was good, the only thing was the all night music laughing and plate and door sounds coming from the restaurant, 1 night it went on until 4:30 in the morning, the other nights untill at least 1am

Great view overlooking the beach. Restaurant on the same level with supermarket, ATM and ice cream kiosk downstairs. Note reception is only staffed until 7pm so arrive in plenty of time beforehand. It's not quite a traditional hotel but 7 very spacious/nice rooms hence the name. I think there is hostel accommodation at the rear. There are a few steps to climb to get to the reception. When you arrive you'll see the supermarket downstairs and probably wonder like I did where the "hotel" was - it's upstairs. Rooms are quite large with a good size balcony. Plenty of pubs/cafes a short stroll to the right of the building. 2 bus stops either a 5 or 10min walk down the road with the farthest one having more frequent services in to town which is about a 15min ride. Otherwise catch a Uber, faster, quicker, cooler and as always with Uber a reasonable price. Whatever you do, don't use a normal taxi, they will rob you blind and charge up to 4 times the normal amount. Try to do that from the airport if the service is available. I paid $75AUD ($350 Kuna) for a 20 minute drive using a normal taxi when it should have been half or less!!! The location is slightly outside of the city but I liked it as it had everything I needed, beach, supermarket and cafes at your door step. There's also a car rental hire around the corner. Boys at the restaurant were friendly and provide great service. Open for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Coin washing machine also avail (or maybe free?).

Noise could be an issue
The rooms are fairly new and well maintained. Good view and nice balcony. However, we were located in Room 1, and we should have read the reviews more carefully before booking this accommodation - as others have reported the same issue. The room backs onto the restaurant (opening hours 8am -10.30pm). If you stay in this room you will hear a continuous music loop (television or your own music will not alleviate the bass from next door). You will clearly hear food preparation and conversations - some quite loud- of the restaurant staff. When staff left that night, the television from the next room was clearly audible. So overall, nice accommodation that definitely needs sound proofing. We notified staff member about this issue the next morning, who sounded surprised, but stated she would pass this information on.

Very nice room only a short drive into town
Great hotel room with a wonderful balcony looking out over the bay. Room was very nicely updated and had great AC. Has a parking lot next door to park in or you can park right out in front of the building, not across the street, they charge there. Also has a small beach across the street to get in the water. Only downside was it was about a 15-20 minute drive into town.

Great place to stay
Fantastic apartment and view across the beach and harbour. Shop downstairs great for necessities. Kettle, tea and coffee in room and fridge. Apartment serviced everyday and staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was residents in next apartment played music from 7 in morning and this was annoying. Not too many places to eat but easy to get bus to Split. Loved this place for a relaxing holiday. Thank you

Excellent short stay
We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for our stay. Close enough to get short Uber ride into Split if you want to experience the city, but there also plenty of bars and restaurants in Stobrec if you prefer to stay local during the evening. The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was clean with good room facilities. The walls are quite thin, but this did not bother us. There is a restaurant and supermarket right below which is very convenient. Overall an excellent stay.

A good place to stay, but nothing great. Good location, the beach is right in front. Few restaurants down the block. Staff was nice, showed us the room and let us check out a little later. The stairs are a bit annoying to get to the hotel, we had a lot of luggage. The Internet doesn't work in the room, only worked in the lobby. Can't get any ice in the hotel, had to go to a restaurant down the road and ask them for ice. Overall was a nice stay, but expected more

Not what web shows! No pool,wifi didnt work no breakfast included,free parking if you can find it,they meen public parking at public beach area. Clerk couldnt resolve anything when we arrived and didnt care! Stay somewhere else

Clean - but way too noisy
They put us in room 1 which was right next door to the restaurant and the nose was deafening. My husband is partially deaf and the noise kept him awake. Banging, yelling, talking, coffee machine noise, dishes been thrown about. Not good at all. I like to listen to music but not at 7am - it was just way too loud so I do not recommend this place. Also, this place is right above a supermarket and the traffic is horrendous. People coming in and out all day long and well into the night. Also beware of the so called free parking. There is a public car space next door and they just tell you to park in there. On a busy summers day you have no chance of finding a spot. I moved our car at midnight as it was the only way of getting a spot so be very wary of this. The staff were helpful and the room was very clean. While the balcony does face the beach the noise from the busy street below spoils the view. It's not a bad place just not for me for the above reasons.

Lovely apartments, overlooking the sea and harbour
Fab place to stay, I was there on my own and I never felt unsafe or worried about being in my own. I stayed in room 5. Fab facilities, great shower, comfy bed and big balcony with a great view. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again for a relax. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is perfect as it’s right on the beach, shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk and the bus stop is very close! We’re use to staying in hotels so just a room was a first for us but we were extremely surprised! Beautiful views, the room isltself is decorated very modern and glamorous! Even the hostel next door looked amazing! We stayed for 6 nights and definitely glad with our choice!

Nice hotel, cute seaside resort.
Really nice village not too far from Split, hotel is conveniently directly above a supermarket. Hotel was comfortable, clean, bed was massive and the bathroom was very good - great shower!! Loads of great places to eat nearby. Only gripe.........no kettle in the room but other than that couldn’t recommend it enough.

What an amazing view! Listed under a hotel this Guesthouse/ Hostal is a great find. 15 min cab ride to The Paronade in Old town. It is new and has a Full Market with everything you need to make your stay complete

It is a really nice place to stay if you have car. The room is big and the view is cool. Only thing to complain is that the available time for check-in is until 7pm, but the website mentioned 8pm. Staff sent message to us, and let us check in in the morning.
