Holiday Home Moliva is located in the small village of Sitno donje in the hinterland of the Municipality of Podstrana. The location itself provides a number of advantages for a pleasant stay and visits to nearby attractions. The house is located only 10 minutes drive from the first beach and only 20 minutes from the city of Split. We definitely recommend a visit to the “Zvjezdano Selo” observatory, which is a 5-minute drive away and offers a spectacular view of the stars.

The house is located on a small hill above the village and offers complete peace and relaxation in a completely peaceful environment. It consists of three connected buildings with a total area of ​​95 m2. In the first building there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom. Just a few steps in front of the building there is a small swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sunbathing terrace and an outdoor dining room.

Right next to the pool there is another building with a spacious living room with an open view of the pool and the mountains. In the same building, on the lower floor, there are two rooms and an bathroom. One room with a double bed and another with two single beds. In the third building there is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and in front of the dining area you will find an outdoor grill.

A private children’s play area is also part of the building. The playground is fenced and provides carefree moments for children and parents.
