Suzana was a fantastic host. She met us at the apartment, gave a thorough tour of the property, discussed nearby attractions, and offered to make reservations for us. The apartment was in great condition. As other reviews have mentioned, the property is located a couple floors above bars and restaurants. With the shutters and windows closed, most sound is eliminated on most nights. We happened to arrive the day of one of their biggest festivals, and it was impossible to fully eliminate the noise that night. We loved that view of the water and the convenience of the location. Unlike other places we have stayed in Spilt, this property is served by an elevator (big enough to 2 people and luggage). Another nice feature is air conditioning (not always available in Split).
