Excellent, walkable location to the palace, ports and trains. Beautiful, modern room design with good A/C and soundproofing. Would highly recommend for a peaceful rest by the Old Town.

Travelled here with my partner. Great compact rooms in convenient location for exploring the old town of Split, with easy access to Ferry/Cruise port too. Staff are friendly and communicative.

The building materials used for the interior updates are very good. Example, the bathroom windows are solid, sturdy, the glazing are noise proof. Flooring, wall finish are in good shape. Staff at the counter was kind & attentive.

This was the perfect room to get for my and my Friedan vacation to Split! The room was very clean, we could walk 5 minutes to the town and the staff was very helpful. I also felt very safe! Highly recommend for a couple of days in Split.

It was great to have water provided in the fridge, though a couple more bottles would have been perfect. Nice to have coffee and tea but needed some creamer for it. We had an issue with a sewer smell the second night there which was hard to sleep through but the property offered compensation for the inconvenience. The front staff were very pleasant which was nice to deal with.

The staff is friendly, and the room is small but clean. The front desk is not staffed 24/7, but the access to the room is easy. No elevator, just FYI. Perfect location.

Our room at Flos was wonderful. We didn’t mind the three flights of stairs. The room itself was beautiful and had a small balcony! Very modern bathroom. Comfortable beds. We had an issue getting the TV to work-We contacted the front desk And it was solved very quickly. We also had a small issue in our bathroom and that was solved within minutes! Neither Of these issues were foreseeable. We thank you for our wonderful stay!

NO desire to achieve customer satisfaction

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While the initial condition of the room was acceptable, my experience took a negative turn on the second night when the hot water was not functioning properly, forcing me to endure a cold shower. Upon realizing the issue, I promptly contacted the property owner for assistance. However, I was deeply disappointed to receive absolutely no response until the following day. This lack of communication and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction was surprising and disheartening. The complete absence of accountability or any attempt to address the inconvenience left me feeling extremely frustrated and let down. Frankly, I am appalled by observing no desire to achieve customer satisfaction. If it were possible, I would rate the hotel with zero stars for this experience.
