Perfect spot close to everything

I would stay here again for sure. Just a very short walk from Diocletian Palace and any tour you may schedule. Then return “home” to a quiet spot. It was just perfect for me, a solo traveler!

Perfect spot to visit Split

We sincerely enjoyed our stay here for its cleanliness and location. It was a bit challenging to find at fist but truly worth it. It is perfectly situation to visit old Split and palace with all it has to offer. The seaside is a 10 minute walk away for amazing cruises. This place made our trip to Croatia wonderful and memorable.

Cozy apartment and convenient location

We loved the cozy apartment. It was very clean and it provided all amenities. The location is perfect close to all restaurants and the waterfront. The owners/hosts are customer/driven. Very quick responses to all our questions. Highly recommend to stay here when in Split.

Great location

No view because this is a semi-basement apartment but it is in an ideal location, three blocks up from the palace. Super kind host family. Very responsive to text chats on WhatsApp.

Great location but a little hard to find...

Excellent location and within short walk to Old Town center. Make sure you have allowed time to find a parking space if you have a car, but there is a lot a few minutes away. The room was very nice, well equipped and even had OJ and cookies waiting for our arrival. Excellent communications with owner. Very accommodating.

Lieu au calme au plus près de la vieille ville de préférence pour un court séjour, pas d'ustensiles suffisants pour cuisiner, assez peu lumineux mais malgré tout appréciable en regard de la chaleur à l'extérieur. Studio très soigné à l'intérieur, dommage que les parties communes ne soient pas entretenues également....Jelena, notre hôtesse s'est montrée réactive et soucieuse de notre bien être.

Ottima posizione, silenziosa ma mancavano troppe cose di base

La posizione della casa è a 2 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Diocleziano (il centro storico) ed è silenziosissimo grazie al fatto che si trova in una zona pedonale dove insistono due scuole. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, l'accoglienza è stata carina con tanto di torta al cioccolato ma purtroppo mancavano cose essenziali come macchina per il caffé, pentole (1 piccola e una padella per le crepe...), non c'erano prodotti di base come l'olio, lo zucchero il sale...era quindi quasi impossibile cucinare qualcosa o fare colazione a casa.Ma ne ho parlato con i proprietari che mi hanno assicurato che era stata solo una dimenticanza e che avrebbero provveduto per i prossimi ospiti ...work in progress:-)

Great little place close to the heart of Split

We had an amazing stay at this lovely little place. It is a short walk to the old town part of Split and very convenient. The property is very clean. The only reason it gets a 4 rating is the hot water tank for the shower is small and runs out quickly. If you plan to stay in Split I recommend this property.

Beautiful Apartment In Great Location

This apartment is in a perfect location just a short walk from the Diocletian’s Palace. The apartment is brand new and very clean. It is in a quiet location and has a nice patio area. We had trouble finding it in the dark so would recommend getting deatailed directions from the owner before leaving home. We expected our cab to drop us st the door but the apt is located in a pedestrian only area so we had to walk the last bit (not far but it was dark and we couldn’t see the street names or house numbers very well).

Clean, modern apartment, outside seating area Close to centre of city, plenty of shops and bars, close to ferry port and bus station, 30mins from airport, 5 mins walk to Diocletion's palace and 15 mins to excellent beaches A little tricky to find at first. Hosts very attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble
