### Downtown Spalato room 3

The room is located in the quiet and safe Radunica settlement. This is an ideal location for staying near the center of Split if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach and visit the historic center of the city in the evening. Experience the Mediterranean to the fullest. Come and spend your vacation with us!  
The space  
The room is located on the ground floor of a smaller stone house and has a separate entrance from a very quiet street.  
Due to its position, it is very practical and easy to use.  
Only 600 meters from the sandy beach of Bačvice and 700 meters from the Riva - the city center. The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood without traffic noise.  
Guest access  
This is the perfect place if you want to explore the city's sights such as Diocletian's Palace, the most beautiful waterfront, churches, cathedrals, squares, museums, but also restaurants, beaches, shops, ferry and train stations are 5-10 minutes' walk away.  
The air-conditioned unit offers one bedroom with a double bed, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, a small fridge and a kettle, and a bathroom with a shower.

Possibility of transportation from and to the airport or other destinations.
