Nice apartment, convenient neighborhood location
Convenient, quiet neighborhood location just a short walk to the city center. Was looking forward to enjoying the nice deck, but the weather was rainy and windy. Both the apartment and deck are of ample size for Europe. As advertised, except the dryer is an outdoor clothesline and dryer rack, which was a bit of a challenge given the weather!

This is our second stay at this apartment! So clean and it has everything that you need for a wonderful stay! Perfect location for walking to restaurants and old city. Highly recommend!!

Good base
Location ideal to all attractions of Split and easy access to public transport. Everything is in the accommodation which was clean and presentable. Even though in a residential area it was generally quiet at all times. Only complaint was wi fi not the best especially now in this world we live in . Would have no problem in recommending

Very clean, great location
Overall a very nice stay, the listing did say there were three beds but there are only two and a couch. It was comfy and incredibly clean but, still something to be aware of.

Lovely Apartment
My husband and I had an excellent stay! We wish we could’ve stayed longer than just one night! Joseph was extremely and promptly communicative about the property and helped arrange transportation from the airport for us. The apartment is VERY nice and conveniently located (walking distance from the Palace and the Port! There is everything you could possibly need for a week long stay. Joseph is a wealth of information and extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful! If we are ever in Split again we would definitely not hesitate to stay here!

Amazing apartment!
We loved this apartment! Extremely clean and a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to the historic section of Split. My favorite aspect of the apartment was the lovely covered patio where we ate many of our meals.

Quiet neighborhood
Very clean and modern. We had a little confusion trying to drop our luggage off early but it was resolved relatively quickly. Everything we needed was as described in the listing. We had an issue with the washer but the owner resolved it very quickly. The terrace is a really nice feature.

Great location to get to old town by walking. Apartment is equipped with everything you ever need.
Toni was great. He picked us at the airport and took us to the apartment. He gave us clear instructions regarding navigating the old town. I would highly recommend.

Get away in Split
The apartment was super clean and nice. It had old world charm with all the modern amenities. It's location is a easy 2 min walk to Old Town and all the sights and restaurants. Our host was great in working with us on a change in our plans for arrival time and helpful in arranging a ride to the a airport. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Split.

Themis cute little apartment has a great covered balcony for outside dining, and has a superbly outfitted little kitchen. Everything you need for cooking is there - no microwave, but a panini grill, so you can get a sense of the place and what is important! We had a medical issue and we left some papers behind, and Toni was cooperative and responsive (if not successful) In trying to help us out. The neighbourhood is under. Renewal, and it’s a very short walk to some of the most interesting old towns, and the harbour.

Great apartment for a quick stay
My only complaint is the hot water was not great. As a family of five, it ran out after one shower and took forever to heat back up. My teens complained about the wifi being slow. The apartment itself was very nice and clean and such a great location. We easily found parking on the street and could walk to all the cool Split stuff! I'm glad we were able to experience it.

Enjoyed are stay and would stay there again. Short 10 minute walk to the palace and restaurants. Free street parking. Balcony was a nice spot to sip a glass of wine. Grocery store just down the street. A caution there, you need to weigh your fruit and place the sticker on it before going to the cashier.

AWESOME THROUGHOUT
This is a well located, large one bedroom with bonus private outdoor space. I stayed in this apartment for three months after covid disruption to original plans, and I couldn't have been happier. The location was ideal, communications were prompt and accurate, and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Fantastic location
Such a perfectly situated apartment with so many amazing sights only a few minutes walk away. Apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. Don't judge a book by its cover!
At first blush this apartment seemed to be in an unimpressive residential neighborhood. However, after just a few hours orienting to Split, you discover its prime location near the waterfront attractions, Diocletian’s Palace and Old Town. It is a spacious and well appointed apartmant and the plentiful free street parking is another plus.

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Appartement
Nach einer schnellen Kontaktaufnahme sind wir in 13 min vom Busterminal am Fährhafen zum Appartment in einer Wohngegend gelaufen. Freundliche Übergabe, sehr sauber, alles da. Supermarkt in der Nähe, Altstadt in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Köeine Terrasse und Klimaanlage sehr komfortabel.

Séjour très agréable à Split
L'appartement de Toni est très bien situé (idéal pour visiter le centre historique et ses monuments à pied, pour prendre le ferry pour aller visiter des îles), propre et très bien agencé. Les conseils donnés à notre arrivée ont été bien appréciés. Je recommande ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé, entre amies, un excellent séjour.
