Good location in the old town, but very hard to find (you have to go into the door of the building to be able to find any signs referring to the property name). The room was also very small, and the bathroom cramped with no railing for your hand towel. Luckily we had access to the water heater as it had been set to 80℃ making the hot water incredibly hot!

The property was very nice and the staff's communication was great. They reached out to me multiple times and gave me precise directions on how to find the room. If they had not I wouldn't have been able to find the room so easily. Would recommend.

A Treasure in Old Town Split
Our hosts, Nur and Bozena are the best and most helpful managers, one could ever imagine. We had a cancelled ferry due to bad weather which meant we missed our flight to Rome and our Split booking. This accommodation was transferred penalty free and with such help with ensuing cancellations. Shame others involved weren’t of the same ilk.

We loved our stay here. The Hostess was amazing! She made us feel very comfortable and anything we need, she took care of. Loved the location (although a bit hard to find). I would highly recommend this place.

The best part about staying here was our hostess, Nur. She arranged easy transportation from the airport to the hotel, she gave us a massive list of amazing recommendations for our stay in Split based on our interests, she even called for reservations at a restaurant for us. We were treated like royalty and Nur deserves a raise!!! We would come back just to stay here again because of her. Thank you for a relaxing a memorable time in Split.

The property owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They were visible and present on property regularly. They offered recommendations during our stay and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for individuals or small groups of travelers as there are multiple rooms available on-site.

Great location...really gave a feel for Central Split. Charming place and the manager, Nur, was just wonderful. She was SO accommodating--went out of her way to be sure we had a great stay. Full of local information and recommendations, helped us out when we got confused in the winding streets---so sweet. The included breakfast at a nearby hotel was delicious as well. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 1 night when coming back from hvar and catching an early morning flight out of split. The room was very cute and it had better TV stations the the other three, 5 star hotels we stayed at over the 2 weeks trip. (4 HBO english channels). They were very helpful and scheduled us a great driver with a new audi to take us to the airport. I would definitely reccomend this property if you want to be in the middle of all the shopping/restaurants! (Room was sound proof)

A brief overnight stay in Split. What a beautiful city the old town is. This accommodation is right in the centre of it, so it was perfectly located to explore. Extremely helpful hosts and a lovely warm welcome. Air conditioning was welcome as the weather was very warm.

Perfect oasis in the heart of Split
The location of the Centro di Centri is absolutely perfect being right in the centre of beautiful Split. The accommodation has been renovated beautifully and we couldn't fault it. The service we received from Nur, the receptionist, was first class, nothing was too much trouble for her. She arranged our taxi from the airport, she met us from the taxi in Split and arranged for our luggage to be brought to the rooms and equally on our return journey to the airport and the information she provided on the city was invaluable, a huge thank you to Nur!

Nur was a fantastic host. Checked in with us upon arrival, sent us recommendations for restaurants and made us feel very welcome. Nur was lovely enough to go out of her way to lend us her own household cutlery so we could have meals at the apartment. All in all the apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location couldn’t get any better. Highly recommend.

Property was in an amazing location - so close to everything and right in centre of old town. Host Nur was extremely helpful for tips of things to do and places to eat in the town and she helped organise day trips for us. Breakfast was great too. Con - room quite small. Overall would definitely reccomend staying here!!

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Diocletian's Palace. It is spotlessly clean and the staff could not be more attentive. Highly recommended!

We really liked the location within the palace walls. There are many restaurants, bakeries, gelato stands and shopping available through the incredible maze that is old town Split. The room was clean and coffee and tea are always available. Communication with Nur, the lovely lady at the front desk, was excellent. She gave very clear instructions to find the place (we also used Google maps), and gave great recommendations for places to eat. Our room had no outside window and was very compact, hence not a perfect score.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Customer service was over the top excellent! Our room however had a little bit of a smell to it, it was tolerable. I would just recommend that they put the smelly sticks that are in the hallway/lobby in that room to remove the odour. Other then that, housekeeping came every day with fresh towels and linens. The hotel was located in central old town which is a big bonus, close to everything! Overall it was a great experience!

Everything was great about our stay, the room was just what we needed, central to pretty much everything and always very clean! The receptionist was quick to reply and help us with any questions either in person or via online chat. We really enjoyed our stay and it was definitely worth the price (which was pretty low!)

Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town, steps from all the sights. The modern design and amenities in such an ancient building was unexpected and made my stay very comfortable. The staff were super helpful!

Great location in the heart of the Palace. not a traditional hotel in the western sense, but the rooms were comfy and were great places to lay down at night, what else do you need! staff was very helpful, accessible and on the spot with help with recommendations, tips and were the icing on top.

Really enjoyed stay at hotel, was very central old town minutes away lots restaurants and bars.The staff very helpful and knowledgeable about area, and friendly.Room kept very clean and towel changed regularly.The properly surprising quiet, but nice hear church bell ringing.

Both Expedia and this hotel have been appalling throughout corona virus! I booked a bundle holiday with Expedia to which all other hotels and flights were refunded due to government guidelines! I am a key worker flights were grounded and hotels were shut everywhere was on lock down when I was supposed to be at this hotel! This hotel would not provide a refund so not only have I been working 12 hour shifts when I should have been on holiday but I’ve also lost £310! Expedia said the best they could offer was a voucher even though I’m not able to travel now, regardless of this I never did receive any voucher and this hotel and Expedia are impossible to contact! I have sent 3 emails to the hotel with no response!!!
