It's in an ideal location within just few minutes walking to the majority of Split landmarks such as the main Split sea promenade and the famous Diocletians Palace. Parties are allowed up to the midnight. \*\*\*\* About the apartment: You'll fully enjoy your stay in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment in the very heart of Split. It's combination of traditional and modern interior. Located on the second floor of the traditional stone house in the old historical part of Split called Varos, you're just few minutes walking from the main sea promenade and Diocletians Palace. It's free to use yard with table and chairs located in front of the entrance door of the house, shared with other guests. Living room has a cozy sofa bed sleeping two people. You can also pamper your senses with a large LED TV with backlight and satellite channels. Kitchen has a stove, cuttlery and big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large LED TV with backlight. Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. There is no washing machine, but you can wash and dry your wardrobe in the nearby laundry. Upon arrival into town, Ana met me at the driver and was so helpful with showing me around the neighborhood and getting me to my home for the next couple days. The location is perfect! So easy to walk everywhere and it is surrounded by some wonderful eating spots for morning, noon and night. Could not have asked for a better stay for my first time in Croatia - highly recommend grabbing this flat for your stay! You won't be disappointed! ##### Crystal H. Apartment is cramped for family of 4 but very clean and well appointed (mini fridge included). Air conditioning did not seem to work properly as we were hot throughout the night. We visited a city beach during our short stay and it was very dirty and polluted (cigarette butts everywhere). Upon returning to apartment, we couldn’t find parking and paid 45 euro to park in a garage overnight, which is highway robbery. Split is a money grab - we don’t mind spending but it has to make sense. Ate at a pizza place where it was 95 euro for family of 4 (no alcohol was purchased). We were passing through but don’t plan on returning but encourage others to visit as they may have a different experience! ##### Mia I. The property owner had given us a contact by name of Ana who communicate with us in English.When we arrived Ana was there to explain to us all. But after that she simply vanished . We had messaged her a number of times for queries e.g we could not locate TV remote. But she simply never bothered to callor reply to our messages.
