It’s just 200m (3 min walking) from a beautiful beach. It has a free parking spot in the yard of the house, shared fireplace, free Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned. \*\*\*\* About the apartment: You'll love to stay in this practical two-bedroom apartment in town Stobrec, just 3 min walking to the beautiful small pebble beach. This position is ideal for a quiet vacation and to still be close to explore buzzing tourist centers around like Split and Podstrana. It's located on the ground floor of the private house. Beautiful small pebble beach suitable for children is just 3 min walking from the apartment. Everything Stobrec has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - beaches, restaurants, caffe bars… Apartment also has a large 40 m2 patio with table and chairs, so you can enjoy food, drinks and hanging out outside in the fenced yard of the house. Living room has an LED TV with satellite channels, air condition unit and one sofa sleeping two people. Both bedrooms have two cozy double beds that can be joined into one double bed. Kitchen is equipped with four electric stoves, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. You can also use outside fireplace shared with guests of our second apartment. Bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer. You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge. Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance. This apartment is only available for visitors who recognize it as the best deal to boost their pleasure of visiting Stobrec. At a short distance from Stobrec, on the area of Zrnovnica and Podstrana villages, along the slopes of Perun Hill, several beautiful biking and walking theme trails especially stand out. \*\*\*\* Getting around: Bus station is 400m away.
