"The property is beginning to show its age. I first stayed there 37 years ago and it hasn't changed a lot. However, the rooms are comfortable and we can certainly not complain about the price! Because the property is usually full, parking in the lot adjacent fills very quickly."

"The cozy nook is a perfect spot for a couple, situated on a beautiful lake front property. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and ultimately we had no complaints! Highly recommend this property and if we are back in the area we would stay again."

"Property surrounded by natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Beautifully crafted log cabin with spectacular view. Greeted by the most sweet golden retriever, and very kind host with great attention to detail makes for a very welcome feel! Breakfast was flavourful, cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. Host showed great care and accommodation. This location would make a great place to bring the family for a winter holiday. Highly recommended."

"My friend and I rented this spot hoping for a quiet time to read and relax for a week. Unfortunately we did not realize that this suite is a walk out basement suite where you have to go down long stairs that my friend found a little trying over the week.Things I truly enjoyed about our stay, the suite in question has a wonderful layout with comfortable beds and is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including extra spices.The hot tub on site is well maintained and the area outside is nicely put together with a swing the kids would love. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning to start our day.I would rent this place again with my children for a skiing holiday in a heartbeat. It is the perfect suite for a small family looking to be up early and go out on the slopes or hiking trails all day.My only issues with the suite were, it is located beside a very loud roundabout which made it difficult to have the windows open to cool the unit down in the evening and they control the AC, we had to ask repeatedly to get some cool air in the unit, halfway through our stay we realized the vents were all closed minus the one by the front door.It is a basement suite, so the upstairs occupants woke us up daily with scrapping chairs, as someone who lives on a farm, it was hard to relax/sleep through that when our holiday was a sleeping/lazy holiday. Summary- great for an active family looking to be out all day, not for a relaxing quiet girls trip."

"Claire and Mike were attentive hosts, answering questions when needed promptly. The suite was nicely decorated and captured both the summer and winter seasons. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Very nice neighborhood as well. Highly recommend"
