"The check in was fast. There was a bit of a problem with a light in my bathroom in 405 when I arrived, the light did not work properly. When I reported, I got a new room, 406 - this was a suite, very nice room. I did appreciate the upgrade! We then got a welcome drink and also coffee and hot chocolate for free which I also appreciated. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Check out was fast, with the free parking the hotel is very convenient."

"We love this place. It’s a full apartment with everything that we need and we especially love the Staff particularly Katherina!!! She helped us with places to go and restaurants that were excellent! Claudio was also very helpful with information about the Aquapark and he even gave us a discount card! There’s also a wonderful grocery store in walking distance!"
