"Very clean property. A little out dated. Comfortable stay."

"Very clean and staff very friendly.. only issue was breakfast room was shut down for awhile"

"Great place, only down side was traffic noise as it is just off of the main road, but it was not a big deal at all."

"This was a great place to stay. Sitting on the deck with the views of this calm section of the lake was a highlight of our vacation. "

"Very nice property with beautiful lakeside view. Plenty of room for our family of four, comfortable beds, and convenient access to the Okoboji attractions. Host did a great job of communicating prior to our visit and easy check-in/check-out. Will definitely be coming back again!"

"I am only recommending this stay if you are a retired couple bringing a few of your retirement friends. This was a very unwelcoming experience for myself and everyone in my party. It states there is easy access for boating and fishing. That is not true. There is the lake across the road, however we were informed by the retired community we should not use those docks and go elsewhere to put our boat in, we did anyway since the pictures explained differently. There is no picnic area by the lake...

"Wonderfully clean property with all the necessary amenities to make for a great, relaxing weekend. I highly recommend this property!"

"Nice accommodations. Close to water park and restaurants."

"Great property! Would stay here again."

"Wasn’t as clean as I would expect. The outside and inside had lots of cobwebs. I know we came in early fall but the deck and patio had leaves everywhere. Could have easily used a leaf blower to clear those areas. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. "

"Great clean area with tons of space! Great location and neighborhood!"

"Everything was great. Will definitely stay again."

"Good location."

"Hotel is clean, bar has good food and drinks, breakfast was hot. Rooms have been updated, halls are much older"

"very nice and clean property with underground parking right in the middle of the action"
