Large 3 Level Cabin located on 2 acres across the road from East Lake Okoboji

Spacious 3 story log home with large open lot and plenty of off-street parking. Perfect for family vacations and gatherings and just located across the road from East Lake Okoboji. It has approx. 3,000 sq ft across the 3 levels, so plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
The walk out lower level has a family room with a large screen tv, a large reclining sectional, a separate room with a pool table and Foosball table and separate laundry room. The main level up the stairs has a living room with a reclining sectional & tv. The dining area has a table that seats 7 and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and bake ware. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower combo and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a fourth bedroom and has a king size bed and 2 queen beds. (it has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available.) There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. There is lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in.

Located 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp (as seen in the pictures) and bike trails and 3/4 mile to the splash pad (as seen in the pictures). Arnolds park is a short 4 mile drive.
Located just outside of the city limits to enjoy the peacefulness of the country, but yet close enough to enjoy all the area attractions.
Includes high speed wireless internet and cable tv.
This is the place where family memories are made.
Must be 25 years old to rent and can not be used for parties.

Friend’s weekend, we chose this property due to central location for all of us and the abundance of beds and sleeping possibilities. We had plenty of room, no immediate neighbors and owner/managers were very friendly and informative. Pool table and foosball table in the basement were a plus! Great weekend!

The family had a togetherness while living there. This was the first time we have all live in one house. The house had a little bit of everything as far as everyone had there own room, places to play games, congregate in the kitchen in the morning. Overall was a super vacation.

A great weekend with friends in this nice property. Easy access to town, but far enough away that you're not surrounded by city. Plenty of open space between the two living rooms, and multiple outdoor areas.

We stayed over July 4 long weekend. Check in was easy. Plenty of beds and children space for entertainment. Sadly the rainy weather kept us from the lake but we still enjoyed the cabin. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances were great.

This property was fantastic for my annual spring fishing trip with a group of friends. Larger driveway was perfect to fit 4 trucks and boats. Cabin was setup very nice and well equipped. It might just have to be a cabin every year for our trip now.

It’s a beautiful log house with lots of sleeping space. The pool table was much loved by some of our party. Close to everything you could ever need in Okoboji. The hosts were very accommodating. It’s a great place for a winter vacation, and I can imagine it’s only better in the summer

We were a group of eight women on a four day golf trip. The property was vary spacious with plenty of beds. It was very clean and the owner kept in touch to make sure every thing was good. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

I stayed at this cabin with a large group over memorial day weekend and this place has pretty much everything you need for a great weekend getaway! It's secluded enough so you never hear the neighbors, has a great game room, tons of places to lunge around, nice beds, multiple decks, fire pit, grill, and it's very close to anything you want in the area. Rick and Tina were incredibly helpful with everything we needed and we can't wait to come back and stay here again!

As advertised. Very nice stay. Cabin was clean, big yard for the kids, nice rear porch area with grill and ample outdoor seating. Plenty of space in the kitchen to work for large groups. Close to the lake, Arnold's Park etc. Would definitely use again.

This house worked perfect for the 14 people (all ages) in our family! It’s a quiet spot away from all the hustle and bustle of the Lakes Area... we enjoyed the Lake activities and then relaxed at the comfortable house! The game room was a plus !!! Very clean and well supplied! Hope to return next year !!!
