"Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable. Clean for the most part besides some sweeping that got left behind right when we walked in. (The only reason I rated cleanliness a 4/5). Lots of exploring can be done here. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This home was perfect for my family of 10. All main house 3 bedrooms are upstairs. My SIL and grandson bought their Kayaks and had fun on the river. The dock in the back of the home was perfect for them to launch them in the river. The boat house has a room with double bunk (4) beds and another room with a queen bed where my oldest granddaughter resided. Our grandchildren had it made sleeping away from the main house. All the amenities you could ask for plus a Keurig coffee maker. We had plenty of towels and wash rags. We could have used a couple more kitchen towels since we cooked and ate all our meals in the home, but we made it work. The toilet plunger was in the down stairs half bath cabinet. If you stay here, you will need to bring beach towels with you (wash those separately from the White house towels). We had great family breakfast, lunch, and dinners. We went to visit the Gardens while staying. We highly recommend this home. So glad we were able to Vrbo the home."
