It is not a 5Star resort. The staff, the food, the room were all 5Stars for their niche.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel 4 night while visiting south of Albania.
I am very happy with everything this hotel offers.
Very clean,
Close to the centre,
But theThe best from all is the staff. They are Always happy to help and make sure you have everything needed.
Highly recommend and I will definitely revisit this place myself.

The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. It was so loud and noisy , especially in the morning, as there is construction going on right in front of it. Breakfast was not great and the utensils were dirty. On the second morning we did not have electricity for a while. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

Very modern hotel which has been renovated recently. It’s in a quiet part in between Golem and durress. The address on Expedia is incorrect and took us to about 5km away from the actual hotel. This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared. The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos ...
