There is free wifi & the cottage is pet-friendly.Spiddal is a charming village with many excellent bars and restaurants as well as wonderful scenic walks and beaches. The location suited us very well, it is half an hour from Galway with and on the doorstep of all Connemara has to offer. It is walking distance to the village. Patsy , the owner, was very welcoming with milk in the fridge so that we could have a cuppa when we arrived and a generous fruit bowl to keep us healthy during our stay. The wifi worked great and we had access to the washing machine, which was very nice. Patsy was accommodating and super nice!
