"The property is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It ends there. First, when we called down to see what the hours were for the pool, the desk clerk advised my wife “the pool isn’t open. I told your husband this at check in”. This didn’t happen. I’m not really sure what even led him to say that. ..."
