Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet. The diner in town is good as well, and grocery store around the corner is convenient. ##### Tom C. A cozy and clean space with standard amenities - a little 1b apartment. The only reason I left a 4 star for accuracy was that the photos on the listing don't quite match the property. I think there may be multiple rooms but the room in which we stayed didn't match the listing pic, so it wasn't what we were "expecting". At the same time, it was close enough and we enjoyed our stay! We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us.
