My second visit to Loews Atlanta. The rooms are great and comfortable and quiet. The amenities are good and the ambiance is select! One point to offer- the lack of attentiveness to the front desk and services within guest services is something to inprove. During this last trip, we attempted to connect the front desk, in room dining, and even the "star" service and valet several times and were unable to connect. This happened a few times where the phones would ring with no answers for 30mins- 1 hr at a time- during random hours during the day, outside of check- in time. We assume that maybe there was a staff shortageg during our stay? Other than this one point, our stay was great and I woukd reccommend this location to future travelers.
